With over a decade of experience in the recruiting industry and more than eight years dedicated specifically to the construction sector, Cullen has built his career around understanding people, projects, and the businesses that bring them together.
After years of partnering with firms across the country, he transitioned to Florida with the excitement of continuing his recruitment journey with his own creative spin. He takes pride in offering a personalized approach to every search, guided by authenticity, transparency, and genuine connection.
